Intro Course
An immersive introduction to the tools, techniques and approaches of facilitating. This is much more than just learning a few tools that you can try out. In this hands-on course you will learn about group dynamics, how you create a space for learning & honest conversation and much more about how and when to use various tools & techniques. You'll gain direct experience and invaluable feedback & advice that you can bring back into your work.

Who: Anyone with limited (or no) facilitation experience. People shifting from 'presenter' to 'facilitator', who want to make their training more interactive & inclusive, or who want to develop a more inclusive & collaborative approach when working with groups of people. This course is for them!

What to Expect: You can expect lots of experience and practice! I will provide frameworks, tools and techniques to support your learning. However the key to great facilitation is how and when you use them, not the tools themselves. That means that you will experiment and practice in a safe space where you will get valuable support, feedback and advice. Each person who comes on the course will come for their own reason with their own unique set of experiences and know-how. You will learn much from each other as well as from the set course content and structure.
